Founder
The story of Chocolate Philosophy goes back to 2006 when two young & passionate chocolate lovers, Uma and Nivedita, (both certified chocolatiers from the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium), decided to create a brand inspired by the simple joys of life. When Uma & Nivedita forayed into the world of chocolate, they discovered the need for premium and artisanal chocolates in India. As they deep-dived into India’s age-old chocolate industry, it soon became apparent that there were many other deprived lovers of chocolate in India. They saw this as an opportunity to experiment and expand with artisanal chocolate crafted with 100% cocoa butter and create an exclusive chocolate brand based in Bangalore.
